Who we are DP Machining is a contract manufacturer specializing in the production of precision machined parts. We've been in business since 2003 and are located in southern California in the city of La Verne. We serve many customers in the southern California region as well as many other customers throughout the USA. Why we are a valuable source for you If you need a supplier who can produce precision turned parts from 3/64 (.046) of an inch diameter up to 3.000 inches in diameter that require a high degree of precision, with tolerances as small as +/- one ten-thousandth (.0001) of an inch, then we are the company for you. Meeting your scheduling needs We are very versatile when it comes to meeting your production schedule requirements. We understand that many companies now operate on a just in time basis and we are able to accommodate those of you who fit in this category. We can produce short run jobs from as low as 50 parts as well as long run jobs ranging into the millions. Whatever production schedule your company operates on, we will gladly work with you to meet your scheduling needs. Passing on our cost savings Our many years of experience in manufacturing precision machined parts has allowed us to refine our production methods and operate at a high level of efficiency. We have standardized our tooling so that we can produce many different parts with the same set of tooling. This allows faster setup times and less tooling costs, which ultimately lowers the cost of production. We also use automatic bar loaders on our machines which allows us to continually run a job and cut out idle time from having to manually reload machines with material. Because of the large volume of work we do, we have developed close relationships with our material suppliers and are able to purchase materials at reduced prices. These savings are also passed on to our customers. Striving for excellence We pride ourselves on producing high quality parts with excellent delivery times and costs that will keep your products profitable. We also provide engineering support to assist you in instances where parts are in prototype stages, and engineering changes need to be made in order to make the part feasible for production.
